CONFERENCES
The Capital District Genealogical Society will hold its annual conference from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 4, at the Holiday Inn on Wolf Road. Dr. John Colletta, author of ``They Came in Ships'' and ``Finding Italian Roots,'' will present a lecture, ``Pulling Together an American Saga: From Your Immigrant Ancestor to You.''

The Northeastern New York Genealogical Society will hold its annual conference from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 18, at the Noxon Community Center in Wevertown, Warren County.
