Bordeaux wants to sign Yoann Gourcuff from AC Milan, but the French club's president Jean-Louis Triaud thinks a number of factors need to be resolved before the team can buy the 22-year-old midfielder.
Gourcuff has a contract with Milan until 2012 and is on loan until the end of the season, with Bordeaux reportedly having the option to buy him for 15 million euros ($19.5 million) at the end of the campaign.
"Obviously it's our wish to keep him (Gourcuff)," Triaud told L'Equipe TV on Thursday, adding that the club "won't do anything without his agreement."
